Return & Exchange Policy

All items in this shop are one-of-a-kind handmade works of art. Due to the nature of these products, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.

Returns Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns and Exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives broken due to shipping, we will resolve it at no cost to you -either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund. You do not need to return the broken item. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with photos of the item and the packaging.

Refunds Once we receive photos confirming shipping damage, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation All pieces in our shop are handmade works of art, and our cancellation policy reflects the unique nature of each item.

Cancellation Before Shipment Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. A full refund will be issued.

Custom Orders Items made to order (custom colors, design, or size) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Product Liability & Care All pieces are handmade works of art crafted from glass - a naturally delicate material. Please handle with care. Handmade glass pieces may contain small bubbles or subtle variations - these are natural characteristics of the material, not defects.

After Delivery We are not responsible for damage resulting from use, dropping, improper storage, or any other cause after the item has been received.
