All items in our store are original handmade works of art — each piece is unique and one of a kind.

- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- If an item arrives damaged or broken, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
